We the Community of Bay-view, Shore view, Hallows and La Salle Apartments managed by Related management we demand that Mr. Tyrone Payne and All Related Staff be available during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We demand that staff be on time to service tenants, inspectors and other service providers. We demand that all properties have an updated wait-list and that all property managers or support staff provide all tenants with a copy of their lease agreement after re-certification and/or corrections/Up dates it should be signed and dated by both the property manager and tenant. A lease is a legal document binding contract, which property owners as well as tenants must honor. A lease agreement is to protect both the owner and tenant should any lease dispute arise regarding the property. When a landlord breaks the terms of a lease, tenants have the right to file a complaint with local Landlord-tenant bureau or take the matter to court. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS)
We demand that Related Management and All Related Staff keep our housing units in Safe, Clean and habitable living conditions. We demand that All services such as plumbing, electricity, heat and pest control are kept in good condition/good care. HERE ARE THE HUD REQUIREMENTS FOR LANDLORDS!
To have her unit accepted as an HCV rental, a landlord must pass a HUD quality inspection Each year, HUD must re-certify the apartment. Overall, HUD requires landlords to provide Safe and Sanitary housing. "More specifically, HCV apartments must have a kitchen, living area and bathroom. Each room must meet HUD requirement regarding the number of electrical outlets, smoke detectors and other features.
Violation of privacy tenants documents/files should never leave the leasing office and kept out of the reach and sight of other tenants and staff. Also they should be kept in a locked file drawer.
24hr written notice should be given to all tenants on every property of Related prior to entry. Ultimately, property manager/ landlord or staff has no right to enter unless the tenant grants access or the landlord or property manager is given permission by the courts.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to our demands of respect as American citizen's in our community, safety and repairs, violation of tenants privacy, not providing tenants with a copy of signed lease agreements and denying them of a copy and also be able to provide tenants updated of wait-list forf each property . We're asking that Greg Maintenance Supervisor be terminated from Related, he ins a former employee of AIMCO and was terminated for misconduct and he still continues to abuse his authority as an Related Employee.

WE THE MOTHER'S AND GRANDMOTHERS OF OUR COMMUNITY ASK FOR OUR COMMUNITY CENTER BACK FOR THE PEACE AND SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY. WE ASKED THAT WE HAVE ACCESS TO VOLUNTEER IN OUR COMMUNITY CENTER AND COMPUTER LAB AS WE WERE PROMISED PRIOR TO MR. TYRONE PAYNE ARRIVING AND ONCE HE ARRIVED WE WE'RE DENIED ACCESS AND TOLD THAT ALL COMPUTERS HAVE AN VIRUS WE HAVE A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL WHO WILL FIX THE COMPUTERS AT "NO COST"!
