Shaquanda Cotton, a 14 year old black girl, was sentenced to 7 years in jail by Judge Chuck Superville, Jr. for pushing a 58 year old hall monitor during school. Cotton did not have a prior arrest record and the hall monitor was not seriously injured. However, Judge Chuck Superville still sentenced her to jail until the age of 21 for her "assault on a public servant."
