Napa County California School Uniform Act

Initiative to mandate the high school system in Napa County, California to  provide children  with uniforms.

This provides the children with a sense of pride, and discipline which is so lacking in todays society.

It promotes school as a place of learning,  and not anything else.  School should trian our children for roles in society as responsible young adults, and school uniforms are a small part of  of that process for todays high schools.
