Theft over 5000, theft under 5000, posession of stolen property, False pretence over 5000, Unauthorized use of credit card data, Possession of Property obtained by crime, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, Breach of Conditional Sentence Order, Personation with intent to gain advantage, etc. are SOME of her reocurring charges.
She has 31 cases against her dating back to 2003.
Been guilty almost EVERY single case. Multiple charges she has been guilty for.
November 10, 2009 she is having her sentence trial. My case as well as 2 others are being sentenced that day involving her.
I am Asking you to PLEASE help me and everyother victim of hers by signing a petition for longer sentencing through victim impact. If you could invite your friends, family, anyone it would mean more then you can imagine.
If you have ever been a victim of identity theft or fraud you understand how horrible it is. It ruins your life. Not many of these people get caught either, if they do it is a slap on the wrist.
They get out in less than a year and go back to ruin someone elses life.
So let's get her off the street! Otherwise you could be her next victim, cause she WILL do this again.
