All house cats should be declawed!

There have been some pretty bad cases of cat scratches. Veterinarians should cut cats, even dogs, nails for a really cheap amount of money! I want to become a vet and I sure will give cheap nail trims! I mean $15.00 for a nail cut! Do people want children, and adults, to have severe scratches from pets? I don't think so. Please help with this problem and sign the petition.
We the undersigned, would like you to please make a law that all house cats should be declawed. Many people are severly injured from deep punctures. Like if a cat jumps off a set of stairs and lands on your arm with its claws out.
