Ban kill shelters everywhere.

 Please sign this petition to stop the killing of innocent shelter animals eveywhere. There are millions and millions of healthy adoptable animals put down every year because of overpopulation. We can end this now. We can ban all kill shelters and start rescues to save all these helpless animals. And please spay and neuter you pets. Dont shop....ADOPT.
