My name is Karen Rudasill/ Burrison, Michelle Sills is my cousin her daughter Essence Sills McCrae is being railroaded off a Philadelphia Pennsylvania cheerleading team for something she did not do. Michelle has written a letter to her face book family explaining the situation, I have posted it below. I would like to take this a step further, please sign this petition as support showing that you think that its unfair this child or any child should be treated this way kids who join these organizations woulds like to keep from getting into trouble, lets show the people in charge of this organization tomake sure that they check out the facts first before they start throwing stones at other people rather if they are a child or an adult.

For those that know me I was a member of the Blackhawks for over 20 years first as a member and to move on as the Asst. director. Last year things did not go to well with the Blackhawks and the presidents wants to accuse me of wrong doing. He never provided proof to me or the league of any wrong doing that i did or may have done. Since he has not provided such proof he is now taking it out on my daughter who has been a Blackhawks cheerleader for over five years. Regardless of what the rumor is on what I done my child has nothing to do with it. Yesterday Reginald Mtumishi pulled my daughter to the side and told her she could not cheer for the Blackhawks not for something she did, for something i did. Not FB family please tell me if that is fair. I have sent a formal complaint to Pop Warner and i am asking if you believe that this in unfair please do the same, all my daughter wants to do is cheer.
We the undersigned implore you and your organization to reinstate Michelle Sills daughter Essence Sills McCrae to the Blackhawks cheerleading squared, these types of organization keep our children "fro-American" children off the streets from doing something dangerous, I don't think I need to tell you what that could be our children need something to do and keep them occupied. Football and cheerleading are suppose to be an enjoyable sport that the kids can learn from and maybe in the end get something out of but more important they learn to discipline them and play as a team. Whatever you think Michelle did you needed to come up with some cold hard facts that she did do it and then approach her as another adult don't take it out on her child, this is supposed to be a team sport you and your organization are not acting like a team.
