Freedom and Equality for Canada

This petition has two purposes which are as follows:

1 - to give all Canadian Citizens the "right to communication" through present and future established mediums.

2 - to give "control of the resources" required for maintenance and operations to the Communicators.

Definitions

"right to communication" means Canadian citizens automatically have access to public communication systems for communication purposes.

"Control of resources" means  control of anything required to make communications possible including manufacturing processes, materials and properties with the materials.

"Communicators" - All citizens that have the legal right to vote and/or are born a Canadian citizens.

"Communication mediums"  means any form of communication such as but not limited to paper, phone, internet, wireless...

"Resources"  Are the raw materials including but not limited to trees, ores, oil, natural gas...

Manufacturing of Communication systems.

- Devices must be made out of the best possible materials to ensure they last.  Devices must also be made easily assembled and disassemble(or as easy as possible).  If a recyclable material can be used then use it!  All malfunctioned/obsolete devices must be returned to the manufacturers to be disassembled and sorted for recycle.  All non recyclable materials are to be stored safely until a recycle or reuse option becomes available.

The goal is to eventually develop systems that last indefinitely, and/or are completely made of recyclable and reusable parts.

Control of the resources.

- the resources used for communication are also necessary for other functions of society.  The importance of each function will be collected by a series of polls that all communicators will vote on.  After all functions of society  are fulfilled there is likely to be excess resources.  The communicators can suggest at their own free will what  should be done with the excess.  All resource materials must be tracked and kept record of which is accessible to the communicator.

-All profits made from resources are to be used to pay employees and maintain production.  The remainder is then to provide for the needs of the public.  These needs are to be determined by a series of polls that all communicators will vote on.

Frequencies.

- There are many different frequencies and certain frequencies have different application.  Professionals will need to out line these different ranges and uses.  Also the safety of the use of the frequencies must be assessed.  After this is done we then need to decide on what each should be used for by a series of polls that all communicators will vote on to determine importance.  There will also need to be emergency channels set in place for emergency services.

Communicator Responsibility.

As a communicator you would be required to to purchase or acquire any technology needed to access the communication medium you chose.  Also the communicator is expected(but not required) to participate in the polls.  Failure to participate in polls may cause undesired outcomes.  Your vote matters.

Manufacturers Responsibility.

To provide a device that is easily upgradable and ensure there are recycle and reuse procedures in place that allow convenience for consumers.
As Canadians we would like this to be accomplished

1 - to give all Canadian Citizens the "right to communication" through present and future established mediums.

2 - to give "control of the resources" required for maintenance and operations to the Communicators.
