Get rid of the YouTube COPPA law.

    The YouTube COPPA law is a law that if your YouTube channel is based for under 13, you lose many features such as notifications, 70% ad revenue, and many more things. You can get fined up to $42,500 for pressing the wrong button, and only $2,000 by putting somebodys life in danger by driving under the influence.
