All over this country, Fed Ex is exploiting their contracts with online companies by routinely not delivering packages to the correct addresses, scanning 'delivered' when packages are NOT, tossing packages into driveways, behind vehicle wheels, claiming packages were 'declined' when no homeowner was ever contacted, etc. This has become an epidemic of huge proportions & is being discussed on social media, including the NextDoor app.
Online shopping helps cut down on traffic, personal stress in running numerous errands, pollution & a number of other issues. It is the era of our contemporary lives! When Fed Ex does not perform up to standard expectations, there is a domino negative effect on society.
We DEMAND that Fed Ex starts fulfilling their contractual obligations, hire more people to alleviate the stress that may be causing this lack of standard positive performance in their current employees & fully follow-up on the plethora of complaints throughout the country.
