Saw Creek 2022 Proposed Budget

We the homeowners of Saw Creek Estastes feel that our HOA dues are being mismanaged and obscurely explained to us. The lack of itemization, discrepancy changes in amounts to reflected the outlandish amount given on the proposed budget, and the amount of over spending done through operating expenses (Restaurant/ ski slope) is a major problem. We demand that each item on the proposed budget be put to a vote for approval by the homeowners. Homeowners should be provided with the actual current budget to reference upon making their vote. We are opposed to any further HOA increases (except for the normal rate of inflation) especially during a pandemic and wish to have Saw Creek Estates better allocate the funds. 

We the homeowners of Saw Creek Estates also demand the following:

An immediate stop to overspending

Put off the pipe at  the ski hill project until next year or when the pandemic is officially over.

Downsize and Curb the spending on the VIP project.

Cut the marketing budget down to $40,000 - 42,000

Look into conserving and reducing utility fees: cable, water, gas, and electricity

Consult with the community whenever going over budget.

Stop calling the Restaurant an amenity. It is a business and should be ran like a business. No more subsidies for to the Restaurant.
