CALL IT OUT !! NO MORE DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT

The Dining Hall Manager of Kise Commons, Adam Voigt notoriously popular in the international student community of MSUM for his differential treatment to international students and selective behavior got furious and blatantly lied about the situation and called campus security authorities on MSUM student Saad Janjua and accused him of lieing and identity theft, he also made several disrespectful statements about the student while her receptionist stood next to her quietly listening to all of it. Saad used his friend Taimoor Satti's ID for a guest pass that he told the cashier about himself, and taimoor was on his way . Taimoor testified his permission to use the guest pass. It is not the first time an international msum student has been a victim of Mr. Adams racist rant and bullying techniques. It took a great mental toll on me, I do not want to go to the student union center, i do not want to ever eat in the dining hall. If you feel like you ever have been treated disrespectfully, differently by Mr. Adam please sign this petition and voice your concern. No More The detail documented incident is here:- On the morning of 10/16/17 I got out of class and met my friend Taimoor Satti in the Hallway. Me and Taimoor had planned to get breakfast together. I told him how I was very hungry Taimoor told me to go to kise and grab a spot for us while he'll go to his class to talk to his Professor and he'll catch me at Kise. Having said that he handed me his dragon ID and I left. I went to kise and the person on the cash register who is suppose to swipe ID'S said that its someone else's ID i'll go grab a manager. I politely nodded as I thought that I can explain the manager that its my friend who is on his way and he wanted me to go secure a spot for the two of us and I mentioned them to use his guest pass or dragon dollars as he instructed me. A few moments later Adam Voigt stormed out of the back side of the dining hall headed right towards me. I felt very intimidated as he rushed towards me and not even giving me a chance to say anything he yelled from about 25 ft. " I'm having none of this shit !! I'm calling Public Safety " I was very embarrassed and confused as the students around the dining hall were looking as if I was a criminal. He then headed towards the west office of the building and I followed and asked him why he was talking to me like that to which he replied " you will not get this ID and you need to get out of my office". At that point I just needed help and I did not know what to do so I called Public Safety Sargent Mitch Osland. Adam had called Public Safety too. While they were on their way. Adam said to me that I was a bad worker, my uniform was never proper i was always late and i was not a good employee. I just replied him that I never asked you any of this why are you talking to me like that, I worked for you for you like 3 years ago. Adam also then called the housing office and profusely lied right infront of me telling Kristi Fleming that Taimoor who is resident assistant (reason why he called housing) and I have sneaked people in for which he has no real written record. I was very shocked and disturbed to be treated like a criminal. I felt very intimidated by the whole incident and Adam. if we go by the book i completely understand that by policy rules one should not be using your friends ID to go eat breakfast but does that give anyone the right to treat someone this poor and disrespectfully. I just wanted to go home and not come to the class as I felt so humiliated. I'm a proud public safety officer. I work days and night walking around to make sure this community is safe. I was a resident assistant for 2 years and a dragon ambassador for 2 years. I'm a part of this community and as much as this community has given to me I always have my heart open for MSUM. what hurt me the most was the fact that how quickly Adam overlooked all of that and labelled me a thief. A report of such sort even if its proven right or wrong will always be in our Public Safety data base. What would my fellow officers think of me, what would my friends think of me that saw Adam treating me the way he did. This is also not the first time Adam has treated me or my international friends differently. I can have them come testify the incidents he has been very mean to them. I wish we could have documented every time he was unreasonable but for us international students it hard. It takes a lot to speak up.
