A hard-working, enterprising young family has spent the last two years converting a derelict barge on Bristol docks into an innovative, self-build home.
Now they are threatened with eviction pending a review of use of the docks that was supposed to happen in 2019 but hasn't yet materialised.
This family's future and all their hard work is under threat. As local residents, we would like to know how this has been allowed to happen, why we haven't been consulted on the planned review and why the outcome seems to be being pre-empted.
Ask Bristol City Council and the Harbourmaster to justify their actions and allow this popular and commended self-build project to go ahead.
