YOUR SAFETY AT THE WINSTON SALEM FAIR

With all the violence and killing erupting in public places these days we ALL need to make ourselves aware of the people in our area and their history; while placing our own safety and our families safety first at public events.

I have initiated this online petition as both a victim and a concerned citizen.  It has been brought to my attention that this individual is publicising her intent to host photo shoots at the Winston Salem Fair (Formerly Dixie Classic Fair).  My concern is for the safety of the people around her while she attempts to use the fairgrounds as a backdrop for her photography business. 

This individual can be found on her photography Facebook page 'Shootme by A'.   This individual faces breaking and entering charges from when she entered my home without permission and removed items from my home. This individual was arrested for FELONY larceny when she came to stalk me at my job and ended up getting caught shoplifting at a public mall.  This individual came to my home with family members and stalked, detained and questioned the nurse for my handicapped mother; instigated a physical assault on a family member who answered my door, and this individual threatened to kill my mother who now suffers from PTSD as a result of this individuals actions. Shortly after, this individual was recorded at a public event in Winston Salem in June committing an assault. 

This individual has been charged with the following:
6/21/17.   ASSAULT
2/11/19.  MISD SHOPLIFTING
2/11/19. FELONY LARCENY REMOV
3/28/19 COMMUNICATING THREATS
3/28/19  STALKING
3/28/19  TRESSPASSING
5/14/19. COMMUNICATING THREATS
5/14/19 DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY

This individual has been in court every month since February of this year.  To date, she has not been cleared of any of these charges by NOT GUILTY verdicts. The cases have been plead down or held for dismissal with option to reinstate the charges. She continues to show up at my place of business in an intimidating manner as recently as within the last 10 days.

Every person who attends the fair or every person who is concerned about recent public violent events should sign this petion in support of NOT allowing individuals with this type of behavior to use a public event to conduct their business.  What if there is an accident?  What if your child, your family member or you accidentally walk in front of her camera shot. Will she become violent like she did at the last public Winston Salem event she attended.  Her photography business is not registered with the IRS and she does not have a valid EIN or a Federal Tax ID number issued which prevents her from having liabilty insurance to cover any unforseen accidents or violent displays.  I do not think the managing partnership of the Winston Salem fairgrounds should allow anyone to use the fair to conduct their business without recieving the proper permits as everyone else who operates an individual business in conjuction with the fair dates.  If this individual pursues the permitting process that allows her to conduct her business at the fairgrounds, I hope the Winston Salem Fairground Management takes into condideration her recent criminal activity as well as her recent assault at a Winston Salem public event.

As stated above I am concerned for the safety of the public should this individual be allowed to conduct business at the upcoming Winston Salem Fair.   Please sign this petition in support of the Winston Salem Fairgrounds NOT allowing violent individuals like this to operate businesses in conjuction with the fair.
