Demand Bittrex Cease Holding Funds from Legitimate Accounts

Bittrex Exchange is using misleading information to scam individuals into registering with them, and then locking them out from their own funds. It is not acceptable to abuse the system by implementing harmful rules that significantly compromise people's personal security. Bittrex is causing extreme distress and anxiety and they must be held accountable for their abuses.
