Help to make a stand, that ALL LIVES MATTER !!! Please help in my fight to Save Rhino

I am April and my goal is to save Rhino he's the newest addition to my family.
*He's 3 y/r old he's a handsome Blue Nose Pit Terrier
However, Rhino has had some unfortunate encounters with a couple of people
(prior to being in my care).
Be that as it may, in the time that I have actually had Rhino in my care,
*I have seen a whole new animal, if & when I get him back, I know his journey to being a happy, healthy, well-behaved dog is long, but it's one journey I can't wait to endeavor upon.
*The animal control have him labeled as an aggressive animal, with an "ORDER TO DESTROY". However, anyone who knows animals would know that rhino has not acted out in aggression but out of FEAR.
* Rhino is a very loyal companion, and protector, he's also very much a puppy who has not been given an opportunity to really blossom.
* SO WHAT I WILL PROVIDE AND DO FOR RHINO THAT'S DIFFERENT ??
1) I have stability for him also I have a kennel in my room for him, it's really to give him a safe place to go cause I've noticed he has anxiety.
2) I take him to the dog park so that he can get proper exercise at least twice a day.
3) Safety I always make sure to put a muzzle on him for his safety and the safety of the public.
4) Provide positive reinforcement part of how I feel would be the best way to training & teaching Rhino.
5) Proper diet
6) Love and attention
In conclusion, I feel wholehearted that Rhino can and will change with time if given the chance. Please help me in the fight to save Rhino and donate on my facebook fundraiser page and sign my petition. Cause I believe all life's matter.
