Demand immediate reporting for rape and incest victims.

    Demand immediate reporting by these Victims, for rape and incest. I think you should have to report to a hospital for these cases and a DNC should be preformed immediately. If not ABORTION SHOULD NOT BE AN OPTION MONTHS AFTERWARDS.
