Saving trees around the greater Charlotte area

In Charlotte there are way to many companies that are destroying many plant life around older suburb neighborhoods and creating bigger and spacious houses in their place due to customers that will pay top dollar for them based on the location of the houses. The companies should have to limit the amount of trees or even not be able to destroy huge amounts of them in these older neighborhoods just to make a profit on these properties.
