Remove Officer Insley due to making racial slurs by calling blacks ""

We are very fortunate to have police officers to serve and protect communities. However, I have become disappointed with the police report that was printed in the Rowan Free Press concerning a Spencer NC police officer (Officer Chad Insley). As a tax paying citizen, I am sure you will share my concerns.
The police report printed in the Rowan Free Press has shown that Officer Chad Insley not only exhibited drunk and disorderly conduct but Officer Insley also yelled out racial slurs by calling African Americans “Niggers”. We as a people do not want Officers on the force harboring these racial views and conduct. Similar findings have shown this behavior type of behavior is happening in other states across our country and it needs to be addressed immediately. We have far too many African Americans being killed by police officers and falsely charged because of their race. Officer Chad Insley behavior does not support the Spencer Police Department mission statement of:
To protect and serve the community through the detection and prevention of crime, utilizing community oriented policing, current law enforcement technology, and a knowledgeable, responsive, well-trained, and accountable workforce that discharge their duties with fairness and equality, in strict adherence to the law Enforcement Oath of Honor.
I ask that your support in calling for the firing of Officer Chad Insley for calling Africans Americans “niggers” and any and all of his arrests should be investigated. In supporting this letter, I am attaching a copy of the police report that was published in the Rowan Free Press. This is a very huge issue facing communities across our country and affects the safety of our communities and our children.
