DEMAND an end to EIR lack of customer service

Can you address the issues with the bogus calls from “EIRCOM” that have been haunting our phone lines for months. eir have been USELESS in their response to these
EIR have clearly been compromised and therefore I feel the Buck lies with them to put an end to these scam calls.
It’s not good enough not to answer or hang up! That’s not a resolution
I have a business line and it’s persistently calling and using different numbers etc so as a business I have to answer the phone because I don’t know if they are genuine or bogus until I answer the call. Calls have been disgusting and I have the video evidence of calls I’ve been receiving but NO ONE is putting a stop to it

I’m NOT an Eir customer per say.
But no matter which provider you’re with (I’m with Sky)
ALL our telecommunications are provided by our national company eir
These scammers are proporting to be representing Eircom (which no longer exist....it’s Eir)
Then another day they will say they’re calling from Microsoft
Then another day they will say they’re calling from your bank etc etc etc
In the hopes of duping unsuspecting gullible adults out of their money via their scams.
I for one, have had ENOUGH!!
it’s NO coincidence. eir have been compromised and all data ‘sold’ by internal staff member
DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION EIR and protect your customers
REPAY PPL THAT HAVE WASTED THEIR TIME ON YOUR INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LINES
I have video evidence of these SCAMMERS and WHO is going to repay the money that poor unsuspecting gullible customers of EIR that have been scammed to date??
