Demand an End to Badger Culling NOW!, that up to now can be none effective.

Every year the UK kills tens of thousands of badgers in an unscientific and misguided attempt to stop the spread of bovine tuberculosis (bTB) in local cattle. In 2019, the Department for Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) plans to slaughter 62,000 badgers — almost a quarter of all the badgers in the country.
The badgers suffer mightily. Many are shot and it can take up to five minutes of agony for them to succumb to their injuries. What's worse, all this suffering and violence doesn't even work. Gloucestershire and Somerset were some of the first communities to use badger culls to fight bTB. But in the years since they've been killing their badgers, the prevalence of bTB has actually risen.

Neither good science nor good morals support continuing the badger cull. Sign the petition to demand Defra stop its massive annual badger culls.
