We Need Your Help To Fight For Justice For Our Son Todd Deschaine!! Its Been (6) Years Fighting To Get Justice From Our Berkshire Superior Court System Cause Ron Jones Decided To Sell Prescription Drugs To My Son Which Killed Him In A (12) Hour Period...Ron Jones Is Charged With Manslaughter And Distributing Of A Prescription Drug That Killed A Person, He Had (NO) Bail, Got Into More Trouble Defended His Self In North Adams Court....Was Compentent To Defend His Self. This Was After He Was Charged With My Son's Death. Nothing Happened To Him But A Few Days In Jail... Now Superior Court Tells Us Ron Jones Is (InCompentent) To Stand Trial In Berkshire Superior Court...WHY...I ASKED. If A Person Is Not Compentent To Stand Trial They Should Be In A Mental Facility Not Our Streets To Sell Again. Our Case Is On Hold For Only Another (4) Years And This Man Will Get Away With Manslaughter!!!
We Need Your Help To Get Some Kind Of Justice For Our Son, I As A Mom Of A Addict No The Risks Of Addiction. Mr.Capeless Has Not Spoken To Us At All, My Son's Death Was The (2nd) Death From Fentanyl, Lets Use This As An Example For Everyone To See What Mis-use Of Prescription Drugs Can Do To You....Lets Use Ron Jones As An Example And Get Harsh On These People That Sell Their Prescription Drugs....It Sure Makes Ones Grieving Alot Harder When You See The Person Who Killed Your Child In The Stores......I Greive Every Day Cause Of The Loss Of My Son...BERKSHIRE SUPERIOR COURT GIVES NO JUSTICE TO US AS VICTIMS. Dear Martha, I'm A Mom Fighting For Justice For The Loss Of My Son, It Has Been On Going For The Past (6) Years With The Berkshire Superior Court System Slapping Us In The Face, The Man (Ron Jones) Was Charged With Manslaughter And Distrubuting Of A Prescription Drug That Killed Someone (Its The 2nd) Case In The Berkshires. There's Alot Of Evidence To Convict This Man Right Down To The Cover Of This Patch. Ron Jones Got Into Trouble After He Was Charged With The Death Of My Son Was Compentent To Defend His-Self. The Superior Court System Is Allowing This Man To Pled Incompentent In My Son's Cause. Why I Ask Is That Allowed? They Never Re-Evalutate Him Either. Ron Jones Is On Our City Streets To Sell Again Why I Ask? Please Help My Family And Friends Get Some Kind Of Closure For The Loss Of Our Son Todd,
Lets Come Together And Use My Son (Todd Deschaine) As A Example And Get Tougher On These People That Sell Their Prescription Drugs....Todd Was In Recovery He Was Clean For 33 Days And We Lost Him That Night....I Grieve Every Day Over The Loss Of My Dear Son Todd...But I Also Grieve Cause There Is No JUSTICE IN OUR COURT SYSTEM IN THE BERKSHIRES, For The Victims Of These Crimes.....Please Take The Time To Read As We Need Your Help......GOD BLESS YOU ALL
