Sign to stop the addition of fluoride in our waters!

Anyone to sign this petition is acknowledging the use of  fluoride in the U.S. drinking water. By signing this petition you will agree that you do not  wish to have fluoride in our water system for the purpose of consumption.

We the undersigned have come together to voice our opoinion of fluorinated water. We no longer wish to consume the fluoride that is placed in our drinking waters. We feel that drinking this water is not safe and detrimental to our health.
