In the fulfilling of the Prophecies within this era of time we must remember the Prophet informed us to "Make Chicago our Mecca". We must be proactive in our approach towards independence for the Moorish American people here in North America. In concurrence with that I propose we petition to establish Mecca the Capital Dominion of Fez, North America The 1st country and holy place cultivated and founded by the Moorish and Moabite people governed by the Moorish Science Temple of America Officials that are fit for this pecurliar pinnacle of responsibility. This is our declaration of our 2020 Vision. Work with me to bring this to fruition to develop the posterity of our nation here in North America.
