STOP guns that kill! We have the know-how to make guns safe. Let's ban old fashion handguns replacing them with these state of the art ones that use lasers, so bystanders don't get hit, and tranquilizer darts. Antidotes can be administered to stop the tranquilizers. THe law should allow only military to carry bullets now.

President Obama and US Congressmen,

We the people, had enough with gun killings.

Implement a new law requiring all guns for police and civilians, to be equipped with laser and tranquilizing darts instead of bullets.

Only the military can use bullets from now on.
