Mrs. Guzzi for principal at Ralph Brown Elementary School
The constant changes of principals is discouraging, both for the staff, students and parents, yet Ralph Brown has gone through five principals in the past five years that I have had my children attend there.
This current School year, we had an acting principal in position, going a few months at a time, waiting to hear word whether she will be staying or leaving us, we were lucky enough to have had her and even luckier to have her finish off the school year with us. Before this current School year, Ralph Brown has slowly been declining over the years. Families who have been there for years are pulling their children out. Other families(mine included) have already or will be registering their children in other Schools.
Mrs. Guzzi came into our School, not knowing how long she would be with us, with her days potentially being numbered she stepped into the leadership role as if Ralph Brown was her own. She exceeds her role as acting principal and day by day she continues to go above and beyond. Her actions, commitment and hard work have proven that she genuinely cares in helping Ralph Brown succeed to be the best we can be.
When you find the right principal, it makes a big difference. Mrs. Guzzi, has finally brought what Ralph Brown desperately needed. Finally instead of going backwards, we finally felt like we were moving forward, we had stability. With the School year quickly approaching its end, our only fear is loosing her. Ralph Brown NEEDS Mrs. Guzzi as principal next 2018-2019 School year. To lose her, after all the positivity and stability she has created for Ralph Brown would be devastating to the School, community and to all involved.
Please help Ralph Brown continue to move forward with Mrs. Guzzi as principal.
