Stop MURDERING/euthanizing healthy Dogs 4 Space!!!

    We need Harsher penalties on people dumping dogs. If they have to sit in jail owners should to. They are a lifetime commitment make it a law! Put a ban on backyard beeding. Make it so need a license to breed/sell. Euthanization should only b for sick, old, dogs.
