Only 1% of Michiganders can sell their Solar Power! We plan to change that with House Bill-4236

There is a state law that limits only 1% of people in the State of Michigan to be able to sell the Solar Power generated privately to the electrical grid for use of a third party. We believe that is an obstacle to Communities owning their own power. House Bill 4236 is a law that removes the 1% cap on solar entrepreneurship in the State of Michigan.
