Robert Legault, is experiencing abuse at Keystone recovery, in Surrey BC(at 13165 73rd Avenue)! Since he's the oldest person in the place, he's the victim of elder abuse, and he was put on restrictions, when something happened that wasn't his fault! The manager, Kerry Williams, is guilty of bringing forth this abuse, and isn't even allowing Robert to go outside!
