Legislate Full Funding for Para Transit Services for all those who need it

Mobility challenged individuals should have access to Para Transit services legislated into law. As it is now thousands of people who qualify for those para transit services have no guaranteed access to such. This unacceptable situation is a gross violation of their human rights.
