Demand Verizon Improve Coverage/Service in Tignall, Georgia Area

Verizon refuses to make any effort to improve coverage/service in the Tignall, Ga. area. We have made several requests to Verizon, FCC, and elected officials. Verizon says they have no intention of building new towers or making any effort to improve service because Tignall is on the edge of the service area. Really?? They offer a service,require payment for service but they do not have to provide the service?? Some customer service!
