Demand for Equal Justices

We live in a world whereas a black man or woman you can be convicted for any little as oversleeping for jury duty and had to spend 10 days in jail and have to serve 150 hours of community hours. But in other cause, a white female kills her newborn child and buries her in the backyard was found not guilty and was not convicted for anything. According to NASW 4.02 DISCRIMINATION basically states social worker should not condone or practices any form of discrimination based on someone's race, ethnicity, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, political belief, religion, immigration status, or mental or physical ability (Socialworker.org)
