Currently since the introduction of pet passport and allowing free travel to Europe with your pets with the current conditions,  many pets have enjoyed holidays with their owners in the EU, this will stop after 29th March 2019.

There are no deals or plans put in place to allow you access into the EU with your pet.

There are no plans to allow EU registered Pet Passport Pets in to the UK after March  29 2019

The.will effect 1000,s of animal lovers, causing extreme destress to both owners and pet. It will also effect the earning of gite /holiday homes.

Following  the Guidance of taking your pet abroad post Britexit, published by gov.uk 24th september 2018

The European Commission president has also said a four-day quarantine may be imposed on pet dogs and cats passing from the UK to continental Europe and again on their return journey.

Please consider signing the independent petition asking for a final say on any Brexit deal or no deal
How ever you voted either leave or stay we should have a say as the final decision affects all of us and our right to take our pets with us when we travel though France and beyond !!l . It could assist our bid to ensure and enable free travel through the EU post Brexit for our beloved pets!

Latest advice from Micheal Gove speaking to House of Lords committee

People who want to be 'absolutely certain' they can take their pets abroad in the Easter holidays after Brexit in the case of a no deal and you're worried about the worst case scenario , should see their vet in November to ensure your vaccinations are appropriate in November,'
The UK becoming an 'unlisted third country' ' after a no-deal Brexit would lead to onerous new measures for pet owners.

President Juncker EU response post brexit
email below,

On the issue of the pet passport, please note that once the UK is no longer a Member State, the rules for non-commercial movements of animals coming from third countries will apply. You can find all available information as regards the movement of pet animals from non-EU countries into the Union on the following website: https://ec.europa.eu/food/animals/pet-movement/eu-legislation/non-commercial-non-eu_en
