End gerrymandering

Whether it favors Democrats or Republicans, fair maps strengthen our democracy, which is fragile and corrupt. I propose a commission of non-partisan people who look at population and land mass to formulate districts every 10 years after the census. This is only one step, but we can rid our country of corruption step by step.
