Provide supportive services for adopted children and families.

This bill will allow people who want to adopt a children, pre and post training. These adults will get 20 hours of training on adoption. The training will consist of how to address and cope with mental health problems within a child as well as emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues the child may have from post-foster care, while in foster care and the adoption process. There are around 428,000 children in foster care in the United States and they deserve the best life we can possibly give them.
