demand an end to the increase of childrens mental health problems due to social media

mental health issue for people age 10-24 have spiked 60 percent! i believe this is due to people being exsposed to social media to early and to much.i think the resolution to this would be age restriction on cell phones and social media.posibly even a restriction on parents with young children.
