Save Kahoma Valley

The majority of the land in Kahoma Valley was awarded to native Hawaiian families by King Kamehameha III during The Great Mahele of 1848. These lands were then leased to Pioneer Mill beginning in the early 1900s, and acquired by Kahoma Land LLC and Makila Land Company via quiet title action in 2002. Kahoma Land LLC is now in the process of attempting to sell these lands to its business associates and select employees. The rightful heirs ask that the sale of these lands be paused, until which time a jury in the Second Circuit Court of Maui County may hear the facts pertaining to these land disputes.
