Vote “No” on Kentucky House Bill #366

This bill would require a 6 percent tax on veterinarian services for dogs and cats as well as pet care services such as grooming, boarding, pet sitting and obedience training. Pets have proven benefits to their owners, and this could prevent some people from being able to own pets.
The Secretary of State should vote “No” to this bill because the House and Senate both rejected the bill.
