DEMAND THE JUDICAL SYSTEMS TO RAISE THE SENTENCING GUIDELINES FOR CRIMINAL VEHICULAR HOMICIDE

My eldest son, Brandon Pearson 31, was killed by a repeat offender drunk driver.

The Minnesota sentencing guidelines for a max sentence for Criminal Vehicular Homicide is just 48 MONTHS and the majority of them never receive the max sentencing.
If there were stronger sentences handed out, maybe we won't lose so many of our children..
My son Bird, (Brandon) has a daughter Zoey who was 5 when he was killed.
I am raising her now.
