Bring Trader Joe's to West Chester, PA!

West Chester, PA needs a Trader Joe's!  West Chester is the County Seat of Chester County, with an in-town population of 18,000.  It is also home to West Chester University, a public university with 14,000 students. The communities surrounding West Chester comprise the wealthiest county in the state, and the 24th wealthiest county in the nation.

While it it true that it would be an excellent business move for Trader Joe's to establish a store in our town, it is also the many low and middle-income families in West Chester who NEED easy access to a market with reasonably-priced, healthy food.  There is currently no full-service food market in the town of West Chester.  Low and middle-income families must drive or take a bus to buy food for their families.

Establishing a Trader Joe's in our community would bring vibrance to our downtown, which already boasts a very active business community including dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.  There are a number of buildings available in West Chester which could be suitable for a Trader Joe's.  Trader Joe's could help West Chester continue to be an excellent place to live for low, middle and upper income families.  Please come visit and see how you can be a part of West Chester's future.
