DEMAND an END to OUTRAGEOUS UNFAIR WATER BILL PRACTICES!

    Each month citizens of the Second Ward complain to the City of Harvey concerning the high water bills. Let us be clear, this has to stop now. We want an investigator to look into this old aged problem and work quickly to get it solved once and forever.
