Fix the Filibuster

With the latest disgraceful vote on the Manchin-Toomey amendment, we the underrsigned, call on Majority Leader Reid to keep his promise from the beginning of the session and at the very least force the filibuster to be a Talking Filibuster. We would, of course, prefer that the majority actually would be able to work it's will but failing that, forcing the minority to explain to the American People why they are opposing whatever measure they are opposing would be the minimum acceptable standard.
