Protect Animals who have no voice to protect themselves

    Get the State and Federal Government involved in setting Laws to Protect Animal Rights. Stop Animal cruelty by shutting down Puppy Mills and people operating a puppy mill out of their homes. There are so many animals running loose, neglected and starving, all over the US. It's high time Congress set laws in place to protect the animals.
