Urge Congress to Protect Puppies Sold Online

Urge them to make this into a bill, so the President may sign it.  These animals are kept in some horrific conditions and subjected to unspeakable horrors. 

Puppies sold online come from puppy mills, which are notorious for their unsanitary conditions and neglect of the animals.
