Demand Florida Release Nikita Dragon from a MEN’S PRISON!

On November 7th, prominent trans activist and beauty influencer Nikita Dragun was arrested in Miami for being "disorderly" in her hotel by walking around nude and for "felony assault" on a police officer. The crime? Throwing a water bottle at a police officer and spilling water on them.

For that laugably tame offense, Dragun has been thrown into prison — but not just any prison. Men's prison, where she is in immediate and very real danger from transphobes and the predations of sexual predators.

She could be facing five years in prison for soaking a cop. While justice needs to run its course, it is a severe violation of her human rights to hold her, a woman, in men's prison.
