Make Colorado Land Use Decisions Locally, NOT IN DENVER!

We ask the Colorado Senate and House and Gov. Polis to defeat SB 23-213, This bill will usurp local control of numerous land use and zoning issues. It will do nothing constructive in terms of increasing workforce or affordable housing. It will be create numerous issues for local infrastructure, disregards impacts on the natural environment and ignores current efforts underway by local governments to address increasing workforce and affordable housing.
