new phone rule

in the student handbook of Benzie Central high schhol on page 27 it states that students are not allowed to take pictures and or videos on the bus. we see no reason why not. why are we allowed to on school grounds but not the bus? i just don't see the logic behind it. the schools "reasoning" is beacause they do not get the the concent of the people being recoreded or taken pictures of but i know i've seen multiply times this has happened all over the school. i don't see how this rule will prevent students from doing the same here
