Access to Internet is connected to Worldwide Web and it should be under control by the International Telecommunication Union. Terrorist groups Use the Internet to Recruit people and with Internet under Control by the International Telecommunication Union the Internet would be Secured and Stopping Terrorist Groups from Using the Internet and and preventing cyber terrorism Making the Internet Safer for people around the world.
