Harvest 2021 Pledge: Help fight hunger and food insecurity in the Philadelphia region

Right now, over 20% of all Philadelphia residents are going to bed hungry. Demand for food has increased significantly as a result of the pandemic and local food pantries are in great need for fresh produce.

This growing season, join tens of thousands of people in Greater Philadelphia who are committed to fighting hunger by taking the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society's (PHS) Harvest 2021 Pledge. Last year, PHS Harvest inspired over 11,000 people to grow produce and resulted in over 44,500 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables being donated to local food pantries, shelters, and families. This year, we need to do more for our neighbors in need!

When you take the PHS Harvest 2021 pledge, you're making a commitment to fight food insecurity in the Philadelphia region. We will send you information on next actions you can take, including instructional videos and tips from PHS experts on how to grow produce yourself.

Take the first step toward fighting hunger in the Philadelphia region by signing the PHS Harvest 2021 pledge today.
