Take time off for Hispanic Heritage Month, Black History Month and any additional unrecognized holidays that pertain to any and all minorities

    We're minorities and we don't appreciate being held down by THE MAN! We need time off to recognize stuff from a long time ago. We need time to relearn our native tongues.
